Return Policy
Sage Woman Herbs accepts returns within 30 days of the date your order was shipped by us. Returns on mail orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns on in-store purchases must be accompanied by a store receipt. Returns must be unopened, in good condition, and sealed in their original packaging. Bulk herbs and items that are opened may not be returned without prior authorization. There is no return on special orders or special formulas prepared for customers. Wholesale Policy
Sage Woman Herbs wholesales the following: tinctures, salves, encapsulated herbs and formulas, essential oils and bulk tea blends. We do not wholesale candles, books or gifts. If you are interested in bulk herbs, please note that we sell all bulk herbs for 20% off of one pound to all customers (see "Bulk Herbs" on this site.) There is no minimum required to purchase this way and you can purchase through the retail website. To receive a wholesale catalog, you must fax, phone or email us with
the following information: Wholesale minimums are $200 for the first order and $150 for subsequent orders to be prepaid (or sent COD) with a certified check or credit card until credit has been established, usually after 2-4 orders, when credit information has been completed and checked by our credit department. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible. Privacy PolicyYour privacy is very important to us. You can be assured that we will never sell or provide your personal information to any other individual or organization. We do have forms on our web site where you may be asked to provide personal information, including your name, address, phone # and email address. In many cases much of the information is voluntary and is not required to submit your request. Some information is required and varies depending on the nature of the your request. If a you do wish to submit personal information, the information we collect is used to service your request. Personal information is never released or sold to other organizations. We use domain name and internet address information only to generate statistics and reports about site traffic and browsing patterns. It is not possible for us to gather personal information from domain name or internet address information. Payments and Foreign CurrencyPayments are made online by credit card. Payments by certified check or money orders in US funds will also be accepted by mail. No personal or foreign currency checks will be accepted. |
