Contains: dried fenugreek seed, fresh blessed thistle leaf, fresh nettle leaf, fresh fennel fruit extracted in distilled water, 29-39% grain alcohol and veg. glycerine. All herbs are organic.
Suggested use: start with 2-3 drops per 10 pounds nursing mother's body weight in 1-2 oz. water every other hr. Increase to hourly if necessary, or decrease as needed.
Not for use during pregnancy. If diabetic, be advised that fenugreek may lower blood sugar levels.
