Oils / Carrier Oils / Avocado seed
Avocado Oil - Is very rich and works well to nourish and moisturize dry or mature skin. It contains many nutrients including vitamins A, D and E. As it is a somewhat heavy oil, you may wish to use it mixed 10-20% in a lighter carrier oil especially if it is to be used in a massage oil. It has a good shelf life although it is best kept under refrigeration.
Sweet Almond Oil - A medium weight oil which is high in oleic and linoleic acid. This oil is commonly used in skin care preparations for it's moisturizing properties. It is useful for all skin types and is well suited as a massage oil. It is best kept under refrigeration and has a shelf life up to one year.
