We take your orders seriously and work to get them out quickly. If you order in the morning, we will attempt to ship your package the same day.
We frequently ship internationally, and the vast majority of our international deliveries have been successful. We are familiar with the customs documents and how to fill them out correctly in order to ensure proper delivery. However, some packages have been returned by customs. These packages include some from Germany, Spain, and most recently, France. Currently, Germany is no longer available as a shipping option.
UPS European Mail Orders Update:
According to the new European UPS regulations, you will be responsible for EU VAT (Value Added Tax) compliance for goods valued up to €150 sold on any platform. At Sage Consulting and Apothecary we will not be able to full-fill orders under €150 and/or above €2500 before shipping. Orders that do not comply will be contacted via email for the next step. We are sorry for any inconveniences this new reform may have caused.
The UE countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Please NOTE: Once we have shipped your order properly, we do not take responsibility for items that are seized by customs. If items are shipped back to us, we will credit customers for the contents of the package, but not the shipping costs, which we have already paid.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not accepting any returns on Buhner Bundles, Scutellaria Plus Formulas, Shuang huang lian, or Jade Screen.
Bulk Herbs: Bulk herbs may not be returned without prior authorization.
Special Formulas: There is no return on special orders or special formulas prepared for customers.
Sage Consulting & Apothecary accepts returns of sealed, unopened products within 30 days of the date your order was shipped by us or within 30 days of purchase in our store.
Returns on in-store purchases may be accompanied by a store receipt or we must have a record of your order under your name in the register.
Returns must be unopened, in good condition, and sealed in their original packaging.
Returns on mail orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
