How to navigate on our website? On our website: www.sagewomanherbs.com, you will see different tabs to help you find the products or service you are looking for. Each product has an information section with the description, ingredients and manufacturer’s recommended dosages. Many products are available in different sizes. Once you have opened a product, choose your preference from the drop-down list.
We welcome our customers to create their online account. Why open an online account? There are several benefits of creating an account with Sage Consulting & Apothecary: you may reorder using previous orders, create tickets with special requests to our Customer Service department, add products to your “wish list”, and keep billing and shipping addresses in the system for easy check out. If you prefer, you are also welcome to purchase online as a guest.
When you are ready to check out: In the shopping cart, be sure to fulfill all the obligatory information designated with this symbol (*). We are happy to assist you in placing your order over the phone. Note: we are unable to calculate the shipping cost at the time of the phone order. We must fill and weigh the order and enter your shipping information in the system before we have access to the shipping charges. Typically, we collect the payment information and charge you with the final amount at a later time. We will notify you of the grand total by email or by phone. We can hold your order until we get your approval of shipping costs if you desire.
If you require a change to your order, such as adding or removing items, or correction of any information, please contact us immediately at 719-473-9702 or email us at [email protected]. We will try our best to make requested changes but will be unable to do so after your order has been packed. Most orders are shipped as quickly as same day or next business day (including payment confirmation).
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. For cancellation of orders that had already shipped, you may return the item according to our Return Policy detailed below at your own expense. Returned items should be insured. Refunds will be made upon receipt of undamaged products in their original condition.
Payments are made online or over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Credit cards, cash and checks are accepted in our store. Orders will only be processed based on confirmation of payment.
Did you know that you can purchase Sage Woman Herbs Gift Certificates? Gift Certificates may be used online or in our store.
All prices on our website are listed in US dollars, and do not include the applicable taxes. The prices do not include shipping and handling nor any other services such as insurance. Final prices charged for orders will be the price at the time of check out.

Based on multiple requests, we switched our primary shipping company from the United States Postal Service (USPS) to United Parcel Service (UPS). Since October 2020, all orders placed online are shipped through the UPS.
Did you know that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes? Please be aware that our website will may not let you proceed with the payment information if you are using a PO box address. If you prefer for your online order to be shipped through USPS, please add a note under “comments” on your order. If you have a PO Box, please email us at [email protected], or call us at 719-473-9702 to make other arrangements. If you decide to use USPS we require you to ensure your package for the entire amount of the contents.
Did you know that the peanuts we use on our packages are biodegradable? All appropriate packaging materials are used to meet the shipping requirements of the carriers, and UPS packages are ensured for $200.00.
Did you know we can have your order ready for Pick Up? For local customers we offer a Pick Up option which requires you to prepay online without being charged shipping. You can call us at 719-473-9702 to find out when your order will be ready.

Refunds for shipment delays: IMPORTANT: due to increased volume during COVID, UPS is not offering refunds on shipping for air shipments that arrive later than promised. We are also unable to refund shipping on air shipments. In our experience, UPS has been extremely prompt and typically achieves on-time deliveries in 99% of cases.
We ship world-wide. Each Customs Agency has different parameters and regulations that can affect the time you received your package. The shipping Company, UPS and Sage Consulting & Apothecary are not responsible for any delays or additional fees that may occur at Customs. We frequently ship internationally, and the vast majority of our international deliveries have been successful. We have been trained with the customs documents and how to fill each of them out correctly in order to ensure proper delivery. However, some packages have been returned by customs. These packages include some from Germany, Spain, and most recently, France. There may be other countries that encounter difficulties in processing shipments. Recently, an order to Poland was held up in customs for 3 days.
CUSTOMS ALERT: Once we have shipped your order properly on our end, we do not take responsibility for items that are delayed or seized by customs. If items are shipped back to us, we will credit customers for the contents of the package, but not the shipping costs, which we are unable to recoup.
Tracking your Order
Once your order is shipped, our system will send you a tracking number to your email address. Please make sure your email address is correct. You can then go to UPS to track your order https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking.page
Sage Consulting & Apothecary accepts returns of sealed, unopened products within 30 days of the date your order was shipped or within 30 days of purchase in our store. Returns on in-store purchases may be accompanied by a store receipt or we must have a record of your order under your name in the register. Returns on mail orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if it was a very large order or if items were ordered specifically for the customer.

For returns of online or phone orders: Once your return is received and inspected by our shipping department, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, the request will be processed and credited to your credit card within 3 business days of receipt of the return.
For store returns: After the product is inspected and approved the credit will be done immediately.
After your refund is credited, the bank may take between 24 and 48 hours to finish the transaction. We are unable to speed up this process or contact the bank in order to expedite this process.
Why do all our tinctures have the same picture? We make and carry 200 single tinctures and 50 tincture formulas. Because of this, we have created a referential picture in order to show our customers the size differences between the 2, 4, 8 and 16 oz. bottles.
