SUGGESTED USE:

Mix 1 level teaspoon with 12 oz water. Allow to settle, drink liquid and leave residue. Typical dose is 1-2 times per day. Take 2 hours away from food. Clay is also used cosmetically in topical packs and masks for their rejuvenating and cleansing effects. Bentonite has been found to be an effective healing ingredient on your skin and is sometimes used in creams for diaper rash.

In Iran, the clay is used as a hair cleanser and softener.
