SUGGESTED USE: 

Camphor essential oil is a middle note with an intense and earthy aroma. Popular in topical salves blended with beeswax and often other essential oils with camphor notes. Camphor blends well with other stimulating oils like cinnamon, eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary or citrus essential oils.

When blended 10 drops per ounce of unscented lotion or fixed oil such as jojoba or grape seed oil, Camphor essential oil may be applied to muscles or the back of the neck, but never to tender body parts.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

For topical use only, not for internal use. Take care with topical use. Most oils should be diluted to 10-20 drops per ounce of carrier oil. Good carrier oils are jojoba or grapeseed oils. Not for use on children’s skin without the advice of a qualified health professional.
