HOW TO MEASURE OUR TINCTURES:
Suggested doses are given in drops. However, for easy dosing, you may want to use the guidelines below:
Droppers: If a dropper were immersed in a tincture bottle and the bulb squeezed twice, the number of drops in the pipette for most given tinctures will be approximately 30 drops.
Note: These are only averages. More viscous (thicker) tinctures will produce fewer, and bigger, drops.
Teaspoons: There are approximately 120 drops in 1 teaspoon (approximately 4 droppersful).

Cat's Claw Bark Tincture
Like many others, I am battling Lyme disease. For me, Lyme disease primarily produces inflammation in my joints as arthritis, so modulating my immune system such that it doesn’t produce the inflammation that Lyme disease wants is very important. I purchased 8 ounces of cat’s claw, because Stephen Buhner recommends it as part of his core protocol. It has the additional benefit of reducing bacterial activity and swelling in my mouth, such that my oral canker sores are gone and I’m not biting the inside of my cheeks anymore. I also have seen a lessening of joint pain over time, but I realize it takes a long time to re-modulate an immune system that Lyme has basically turned to its purpose for many years. I plan to use Sage Woman cats claw tincture for long-term to help me defeat Lyme disease and finally return to a normal life. Thanks, Ben
