SUGGESTED USE:

Make an infusion using 1 heaping teaspoon per cup of boiling water. Steep 15 minutes, covered. Strain. Dose: 1 cup of the infusion (tea) 3 times per day.

Cistus incanus is an evergreen dwarf shrub herb in the family Cistaceae from the Mediterranean region. The flowers have five petals, which are are pink to purple and bloom for only one day. The flowers and entire above-ground plant is used traditionally.

Two cups per day of this pleasant, floral tea is used traditionally.
