SUGGESTED USE:

Add 2 teaspoon of tea in a mesh strainer or cloth tea bag and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 5 minutes, or until desired strength is reached. Or place 3 heaping tablespoons in a pitcher, cover with almost boiling water. Steep 5 minutes. Serve iced (our favorite method).
