For Tea: Add 2 oz. of herb to 1 liter of water and boil for 20 minutes. Cool down for 1 hour, strain, then drink 6 oz. of the tea every 4 hours.
For Tincture: 30 drops or 1 dropper or 1/4 teaspoon, every 4 hours
