SUGGESTED USE:

When blended 10 drops per ounce of unscented lotion or fixed oil such as jojoba or grape seed oil, Bergamot essential oil may be applied directly to the skin. Bergamot essential oil may also be inhaled by sprinkling a few drops of the oil onto a cloth or tissue or through use of an aromatherapy diffuser or vaporizer.

Bergamot blends well with other citrus oils, geranium, helichrysum, jasmine, juniper, lavender, lemon balm, nutmeg, rose, vetiver, and ylang ylang.

Our bergamot essential oil is cold pressed from fruit peels. Bergamot has bright, citrusy top notes and combines well with other oils such as ylang ylang, rose and other citrus oils. It is part of the characteristic flavor of Earl Grey tea, and is used as a fragrance for pipe tobaccos.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

For topical use only, not for internal use. Take care with topical use. Most oils should be diluted to 10-20 drops per ounce of carrier oil. Good carrier oils are jojoba or grapeseed oils. Not for use on children’s skin without the advice of a qualified health professional.
