Cost of the initial consultation is $175. Initial appointments run up to 120 minutes. Follow-ups are 45 minutes and are $75.

Discounts - Clients receive 15% off of most herbal products on their herbal program set up by the herbalist. Tinctures are given the usual customer discount according to the size of the bottle purchased.

What to expect during the consultation: After reviewing your detailed intake form, Valerie conducts a thorough interview with you to uncover history and lifestyle details. She also gathers information to assess all bodily systems for excesses and deficiencies. She will then make recommendations for supplements and dietary changes in order to aid you to better balance your body.

Preparing your formulas: Sage Consulting & Apothecary offers an on-site herbal apothecary containing over 200 herbal tinctures and bulk herbs. All special tincture, capsule or tea blends designed for you will be prepared on site, usually the same day. Re-fills may be ordered by phone through the clinic.

Private herbal consultations are available by appointment are available on Tuesdays through Thursdays at her clinic at 2727 N. Tejon St. in Colorado Springs. Appointments are held in the clinic by phone or Zoom.
