SUGGESTED USE:

Slightly dampen your toothbrush and shake off excess water. The bristles should be only slightly moist so the powder adheres. Avoid contaminating the whole jar by keeping moisture out. Tap a small amount (about 1/8 of a teaspoon) into your palm or a separate dish, or gently dab the bristles into the jar once. A little goes a long way. Gently brush your teeth in circular motions for two minutes. Note that most tooth powders do not foam like conventional paste because they lack sulfate surfactants. Spit out the excess and rinse with water.
