Ingredients
Organic hibiscus flowers, organic honeybush tea*, organic rosehips, organic lemongrass, organic spearmint leaf*, organic orange peel, and organic rose petals*, organic lemon peel*, organic lemon oil*.

SUGGESTED USE:

Add 1-2 teaspoon of tea in a mesh strainer or cloth tea bag and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 10 minutes, or until desired strength is reached. Enjoy hot or cold. (Our favorite is iced).
