SUGGESTED USE:

Add 1 teaspoon of tea in a mesh strainer or cloth tea bag and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 1-2 minutes, or until desired strength is reached. Tea leaves may be re-used 2-3 times. Strain and enjoy.
