This formula was inspired by Stephen Buhner's protocols. It is highly suggested that you purchase Stephen Buhner's detailed books outlining his complete protocols which include specific herbs and dosages for specific issues and related symptoms.
LB Neuro Tincture contains individually prepared tinctures of: Japanese Knotweed Root (Polygonum cuspidatum), Chinese Skullcap Root** (Scutellaria baicalensis), Dan Shen / Chinese Red Sage Root (Salvia miltiorrhiza), Chinese Cat’s Claw Twig/Thorn (Uncaria rhynchophylla), Lion’s Mane 1:1 Mushroom Extract (Hericium erinaceus), Kudzu Root (Pueraria lobata), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra/ uralensis).
* Indicates tincture is only made from fresh herbs.
** Indicates individual herb is tinctured from fresh (priority) or dry, based upon availability.
Fresh herb tinctures are prepared from organic or wildcrafted herbs.
Dried herb tinctures are prepared from organic dry herbs when available, otherwise dried herbs are wildcrafted and responsibly sourced.
1 Tablespoon, 3 times per day in juice or water. Shake well before use. 32 oz will last 21 days at this dose.
Certified Organic Gluten Free cane alcohol, USP pharmaceutical grade glycerin, ultrafiltered water.
Also recommended but not included in the above formula:
Andrographis - 1-2, 500 mg capsules 3-6 x daily.
Cordyceps powdered extract - 2 caps, or 1/2 teaspoon, 3 x daily.
L-Tryptophan - 1500 mg 3x a day.
Ashwagandha powder - 1/2 teaspoon in am, 1 teaspoon before bed. (sometimes spelled Ashwaganda)
Vitamin C - 1,000-3,000 mg daily.
Selenium - 200 mcg daily.
Sea Moss - 1 tablespoon a day of prepared sea moss. Directions are on the packet.
or use Great Lakes Gelatin powder - 1 tablespoon per day in broth or a smoothie. (not carried at this time)
HOW TO MEASURE OUR TINCTURES:
Suggested doses are given in drops. However, for easy dosing, you may want to use the guidelines below:
Droppers: If a dropper were immersed in a tincture bottle and the bulb squeezed twice, the number of drops in the pipette for most given tinctures will be approximately 30 drops.
Note: These are only averages. More viscous (thicker) tinctures will produce fewer, and bigger, drops.
Teaspoons: There are approximately 120 drops in 1 teaspoon (approximately 4 droppersful).
