SUGGESTED USE:

The crystals may be used by melting them directly in a hot bath (use sparingly! Not more than 1 pinch per bath) or melt 1 heaping teaspoon into 1 cup of oil. Warm on low and melt 1 ounce of beeswax into oil to make a stimulating salve.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Not for internal use. Discontinue if skin irritation occurs.
