SUGGESTED USE:
Make an herbal ear oil by cooking dried flowers in olive oil on very low heat (or in the sun) for 5 hours. Or make an infusion using 1 heaping teaspoon per cup of boiling water. Steep 15 minutes, covered. Strain. Dose: 1 cup of the infusion (tea), 1-3 times per day.
