This unique Sitz Bath blend is a soothing mixture of herbs to soothe sore bottoms and the perineum following childbirth, hemorrhoids, or a bout of diarrhea.

Many thanks to midwife Pam Crowl for developing this recipe for Sage Consulting & Apothecary. the Sitz Bath blend contains: Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) root, Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) flower, Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) flowering tops, Myrrh (Commiphora molmol / Commiphora myrrha) gum resin.

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

No other ingredients of any kind are added to our herbal blends or teas.

All of our herbal blends or teas are prepared from organic herbs when available, otherwise herbs are wildcrafted and responsibly sourced.

SUGGESTED USE:

Fill a large muslin bag (see related products below) with the herbal mixture and tie closed. Place bag in 1/2 gallon of boiling water. Steep until cool enough to soak comfortably. Add a large pinch of Celtic Salt or mineral salt before soaking.
