This blend is a soothing mixture of herbs to heal sore bottoms after childbirth or a bout of diarrhea, cystitis, or candida. A big thanks to midwife Pam Crowl for developing this recipe for us. Contains: comfrey root, shepherd's purse herb, myrrh gum, and chamomile flowers.
To Prepare: Place 1/2 cup of herbal mixture in a large muslin bag. Place bag in 2-4 gallons of boiling water. Steep until cool enough to soak comfortably. Add a pinch of Celtic Salt or mineral salt before soaking.
Contains: comfrey root, yarrow flower, myrrh gum, and chamomile flowers.
