This herbal blend is a soothing, relaxing tea blend, suitable for children of all ages.

Teddy Bear Tea contains: Organic Spearmint (Mentha spicata) leaf, organic Catnip (Nepata cataria) herb, organic Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) flower, organic Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) herb, organic Raspberry (Rubus idaeus) leaf, organic Calendula (Calendula officinalis) flower.

SUGGESTED USE:

Use 1 heaping teaspoon herbs per cup of water. Place tea in pot or tea ball, cover with almost boiling water, cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Drink 1-4 cups per day as needed.
