Sourced from the hides of grass-fed, pasture-raised bovine, Vital Proteins® Beef Gelatin is a premium powdered supplement that can help support hair, skin, nail, bone and joint health. This unflavored powder is made without gluten, and contains no artificial flavors or fillers. Beef Gelatin easily and completely dissolves in hot liquids, like tea or broth, but solidifies once mixed into cold liquids, making it a great thickening agent in recipes, such as stews and custards. Because of its gelling, gelatin is commonly used in culinary applications, such as gummies, candies, sauce thickeners, etc. 

SUGGESTED USE:

Slowly combine 1-2 scoops with 4 fl oz of cold liquid, mix thoroughly, let stand for 1 minute, then add 6 fl oz of hot liquid and mix thoroughly.
