LB Endo/Immune Tincture contains individually prepared tinctures of: Japanese Knotweed Root (Polygonum cuspidatum), Chinese Skullcap Root** (Scutellaria baicalensis), Dan Shen / Chinese Red Sage Root (Salvia miltiorrhiza), Kudzu Root (Pueraria lobata), Ashwagandha Root** (Withania somnifera).
Use with LB Core and/or LB Neuro for additional support.
This formula was heavily inspired by Stephen Buhner's protocols. It is highly suggested that you purchase Stephen Buhner's detailed books outlining the complete protocols which include specific herbs and dosages for related symptoms.

** Indicates individual herb is tinctured from fresh (priority) or dry, based upon availability.
Fresh herb tinctures are prepared from organic or wildcrafted herbs.
Dried herb tinctures are prepared from organic dry herbs when available, otherwise dried herbs are wildcrafted and responsibly sourced.
2 1/2 teaspoons, 3 times per day in juice or water. Shake well before use. You will need approximately 12 1/2 oz per month at this dose.
Certified Organic Gluten Free cane alcohol, USP pharmaceutical grade glycerin, ultrafiltered water.
Other supplements to support healthy Endothelial and Immune systems:
Astragalus caps - 2 caps, 2 x a day.
Lion's mane, Hericium erinaceus, mushroom extract 1:1 - 1 teaspoon, 3 x a day.
LB Neuro tincture - 1 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon, 3 x a day.
Vitamin C - 1,000 - 3,000 mg daily.
Selenium - 200 mcg daily.
Sea moss - 1 heaping tablespoon of prepared gel daily.
or Great Lakes Gelatin powder - 1 Tbl., once a day in broth or a smoothie (not carried at this time)
Kefir smoothies - work up from 1/2 cup to 1 1/2 cups of kefir per day.
HOW TO MEASURE OUR TINCTURES:
Suggested doses are given in drops. However, for easy dosing, you may want to use the guidelines below:
Droppers: If a dropper were immersed in a tincture bottle and the bulb squeezed twice, the number of drops in the pipette for most given tinctures will be approximately 30 drops.
Note: These are only averages. More viscous (thicker) tinctures will produce fewer, and bigger, drops.
Teaspoons: There are approximately 120 drops in 1 teaspoon (approximately 4 droppersful).
